To access JEMH-OD, click in the JEMH-OD link at the top of your screen
Then click on Profiles to bring up the profile screen, and finally select the Create button.

Fill in all required fields and then click on Submit.
Click on the down arrow to see the profile configuration.

Now that the profile exists, there is some further configuration that is required before it can be used. Click on the Configuration cog on the right of your screen,
Then click on the Edit button.
This will display a screen similar to the following. If any of the Action fields are set to forward you will need to add in a Forward Email Address.
Now that the profile exists it will need to be mapped to a project. Select Project, and then select a project from the Project Key drop down. And Submit, to save the changes.
