Context

A profile is the primary place where configuration for Hydra JEMH-OD will exist.  There can be several profiles configured and running that handle multiple inbound mail servers

Steps To Create a new Profile

After Hydra JEMH-OD has been installed and licensed the next step is to create a profile. 

To access HydraJEMH-OD, click in the Hydra JEMH-OD link at the top of your screen, then

Then click on Profiles to bring up the profile screen, then CreateImage Removedand finally select the Create button.

Fill in all required fields and then click on Submit.

Click on the down arrow to see the profile configuration.

Note

When you initially view an new profile, you may see several warning messages, and perhaps an error message.  These will go away as the configuration of the profile is completed.  You can also click on the links within the messages, to set the specific configuration variable.

Now that the profile exists, there is some further configuration that is required before it can be used.  Click on the Configuration cog on the right of your screen,

Then click on the Edit button.

This will display a screen similar to the following.  If any of the Action fields are set to forward you will need make sure to add in a Forward Email Address.

The new profile will need to be mapped to a project.  Select Project, and then select a project from the Project Key drop down.  And Submit, to save the changes.

After the profile has been mapped to a project, there are several other fields that may need to be completed.  Each of the settings are described on the following pages.
