To add the JEMHCloud addon user to a role, you will need to:
Go to Jira Admin > System > Security > Project Roles
Press Manage Default Members on the relevant Role
Press Edit within the Default Users column
Then Add Enterprise Email Handler for Jira (JEMH) and press Add
