This section allows you view the total messages that have been processed and sent within the last month. This page aggregates the reports from the Inbound Messages and Outbound Messages auditing tables. When those logs are purged or manually removed, this report will be affected.

Note: This page doesn't take the events auditing in consideration, just the inbound messages and the outbound messages an event may produceonly the audit results within Inbound Messages and the Outbound Messages can be analysed here.

Search Options

By default there are no search filters applied meaning that the data shown is for all messages that have been sent or processed by JEMHC for all projects and issues. These search options allow you to filter the results so they are specific for your needs.

The current options are:

Audit ID

This allows you to filter the search for a specific audit ID record. (Some System Notifications will show a failed audit report, with a link to the specific audit ID. Alternatively, you can enter the audit ID to view a single record).

Issue Key

This allows you to filter the search to only this Issue.

Filters the results based on the sender of the email. This value can either be a full Email Address or can also be a wildcard value (using *). For example *@thepluginpeople.com

Filters the results to only show emails that have been processed between those two dates.
