Configuring a Rule
Rule Configuration allows specific rules to drive parameters and configurations, such as Issue Parameters (.i.e. Issue Type , Priority etc…) or even configure other features with specific set configurations' to the matched Rule Item such as Pre-Processing, HTML Format, Field Processors, Attachment Configuration, User Configuration.
