Problem
You have the JEMH event listener enabled and "store notification history" enabled in an event listener project mapping. However, the notification history tab is not showing on issues.
There is currently was previously a known bug where if you have had a single project mapping with multiple project keys listed in CSV (e.g. "AA, AB, AC"), the notification tab will would not be set to appear. The bug is logged herewas resolved in JEMH 1.8.9: JEMH-3999.
