Summary

Within JEMH > Template Sets, there is a ‘CSS’ section. This allows you to create, edit, Import, export and copy CSS themes. These CSS styles can be linked to templates to change the CSS, instead of using the Default Jira, Default JSD, or no CSS.

Creating CSS

When you select ‘Create’ for a new CSS, there is an option for ‘Blank’ or ‘Service Desk’ styled theme.

...

Note: There is nothing preventing using the JSD CSS on the Default Jira Templates, but it will not work as intended unless edited.

Selecting Css on Templates

After creating a CSS theme, it has to be selected from within the Template Sets. The Template must already exist, and edited within JEMH > Template Sets > Templates.

...

Exporting and Importing a CSS theme

Find the CSS Theme item you wish to export and click the export link.

...

Then select the relevant Exported file and press Import CSS. Once imported you will then see the new CSS in the list.

...

CSS themes actions

For each CSS Theme there is a range of Actions that can be performed.

...

This will remove the CSS Styling.

JSD Notifications without having JSD Installed

Even without Service Desk installed, there will still be an option to create Custom CSS that matches JSD, then attach it to a JSD style template (Either in Non-Jira or Jira project Mappings).

This would then allow non-Jira users, or group members being treated as non-Jira, to be sent the JSD style notification.
