Capacity Plans

Plans allocate a monthly allowance of messages and data (messages in and out) to be used for inbound and outbound processing. The size of allowance granted depends on the number of users paid for by the subscription. Once the monthly messages or data used is greater than the plans allowance, JEMH Cloud will stop processing emails/sending notifications. Plans are refreshed on the first day of each month. If your user tier increases you'll be eligible to go up to the next Plan tier at the start of the following month.

ELA Capacity Plan will allow a customer to purchase a high level plan and share that over multiple nominated instances, it will reduce the need for per-instance Capacity plan Upgrades if sufficiently large enough. A risk with ELA Capacity Plans is the unexpected introduction of a mail loop (one reason for the existence of per-instance Capacity Plans).
Hosts running under an ELA Capacity Plan will continue to show the local instance usage as well as the relative usage by instance and remaining availability of the ELA Capacity Plan (MSG and Data).
Plan Upgrades
Plan Upgrades are additional to the Marketplace per-user pricing. Plan Upgrades effectively charge the ‘app user’ delta cost (you get credit of AVG users in your ‘tier’) for a user level required to achieve the capacity required. Plan Upgrade costs are only payable to us, directly.
