JEMH’s Whitelist can be configured to only allow email addresses associated to a Jira Account to be handled. This is enabled via a checkbox in the ‘Whitelist’ section of the JEMh JEMH Profile at:
JEMH > Profile > Whitelist > Whitelist > Sender Must Have Account
