END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE PLUGIN PEOPLE CLOUD SOFTWARE PRODUCTS/SERVICES. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL: The Plugin People Ltd's End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and The Plugin People Ltd. for the The Plugin People Ltd software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and The Plugin People Ltd, (referred to as "licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:

(a) Installation and Use

The Plugin People Ltd grants you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one Production instance of a host Atlassian product.

(b) The Plugin People Ltd acknowledge that for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, you are the Controller and The Plugin People Ltd are the Processor. Schedule 1 sets out the general scope, nature and purpose of processing by The Plugin People Ltd, the duration of the processing and the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subject. Application specific Data Processing Addendum's are additionally referenced for inclusion as applicable.

(c) Without prejudice to the generality of clause 10(b), you will ensure that you have all necessary appropriate consents and notices in place to enable lawful transfer of the Personal Data to The Plugin People Ltd and/or lawful collection of the Personal Data by The Plugin People Ltd on behalf of you for the duration and purposes of this agreement.
