As a Project Admin, PUM can be accessed under Jira Project settings > Project User Manager:

The PUM view will then be shown:

Project admin configuration has the following sections:

  • Project Groups/Users

  • Admin: Delegated Group Config

  • Bulk Upload

  • Audit Log

  • No labels
