Summary
This section allows you view the total messages that have been processed and sent within the last month. This page aggregates the reports from the Inbound Messages and Outbound Messages auditing tables. When those logs are purged or manually removed, this report will be affected.
Note: This page doesn't take the events in consideration, just the inbound messages and the outbound messages an event may produce.
Search Options
By default there are no search filters applied meaning that the data shown is for all messages that have been sent or processed by JEMHC for all projects and issues. These search options allow you to filter the results so they are specific for your needs.
The current options are:
Issue Key
This allows you to filter the search to only this Issue.
Before
After
Project
Filter the search to only show the results for that specific Project.
Before

Sender
Filters the results based on the sender of the email. This value can either be a full Email Address or can also be a wildcard value (using *
). For example *@thepluginpeople.com
Timestamp
Filters the results to only show emails that have been processed between those two dates.

Group By
This defines how the results should be grouped. The Current options are:
Issue - Groups the messages by Issue that it was processed for.
Project - Groups the messages by the project that the issue was in.
Operation - Groups the messages by the operation they were committing. e.g. Updated and Created.
Sender - Groups the messages by the sender email address.
Direction - Groups the messages by whether they were inbound or outbound messages.
Type - Groups the messages by the type of message that was sent/received.
Sort By
Defines the parameter that the table should be sorted by. Current options are:

Order
Defines the order that should be used when sorting the table. Can be either in Ascending or Descending order.
