Once a Message Source has been added you will then need to create a Message Handler. Message Handlers are used to poll and send mail from the Message Source to the configured Profile for processing.
Go to JEMHC > Messaging > Message Handlers and press Create.
Fill in the form by selecting the relevant Message Source and Profile.
Then press Save. This will then display the newly created Message Handler.
Once the Message Handler has been created there will some functions that can be used with the Message Handler. These functions are:
This will attempt to find and process any new messages that are found within the configured Message Source. If successful you see a similar report to the following:
This will open the Edit Message Handler form where you can edit the details the of the Message Handler.
This will open the Copy Message Handler form where you are able to create a duplicate of this Message Handler.
This will remove the Message Handler. This will result in no new messages being polled.
This will attempt to poll all message Handlers at the same time. If successful it will display a report with all of the messages that have been polled.
Below is the form that needs to be filled in to create a new Message Handler.
This is the name that the Message Handler will be given.
This is the Message Source that the Message Handler will poll mail from.
The Profile that will be used to process the mail that is polled by this Message Handler.
This will enable scheduled retrieval and processing of messages. If disabled, the mail will need to be polled manually by pressing the Poll button for this Message Handler.
Defines how often JEMHCloud should poll the message source for new message(minutes). Leave blank for default which is one minute intervals.
