A reminder about notifications

We have recently seen a number of customers upgrading to JEMH version 3 finding that their issue creation notifications have disappeared.

Profile based notifications were deprecated in 2.7.3 and removed later in 3.0.0. For a long time now, JEMH has had a better notification system that is recommended instead of the profile-based one.

In versions below 3, the notification section can be found by navigating to JEMH > Event Listener. From version 3 onwards, this section is now just named Notifications.
