JEMH 5.0.0

We have now released JEMH 5.0.0 for Jira, and JSM 10.0.x. Despite a number of changes introduced in Atlassian’s new Platform 7, JEMH 5.x is largely consistent with JEMH 4.x. Our only breaking changes are the migration of the Default Reporter from the Profile level to the Project level, allowing a Default Reporter to be set on a per-project basis, and the removal of Status Notifications.
