Your journey to cloud
The cloud variant of Enterprise Mail Handler (JEMHC) is very similar in functionality and concepts like Templates, Test Cases, Profiles and Project Mappings but JEMHC a different implementation so there is no direct migration of configuration.
You can spin up a new cloud site to evaluate through https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira.
