JEMH Listed as incompatible on Marketplace for new installs

Problem Scenario

When installing JEMH for the first time on a Jira instance on 9.12.x and below JEMH will be listed as incompatible with DC, and will show the following popup if you try to install the app via Atlassian Marketplace:

Additionally, when the App is installed, a Server version of JEMH is installed, not a DC version.

This is not accurate, JEMH is compatible through Jira 9.0.0 - 9.12.x and is Data Center Approved.

Impact

If impacted by this, users will have to uninstall the existing Server version of JEMH, and download the correct version of our App listed (and downloadable) on the following Attlassian Marketplace page. Valid compatible versions are JEMH 4.1.x:

Users will have to manually upload the version of JEMH downloaded from the Marketplace. If UPM manual plugin uploads are not enabled on your instance you will have to enable App Upload using the steps listed on the following page:

The above approach is the current workaround recommended by Atlassian.
