    JEMHC-1216 Enable velocity drive custom fields to have access to $message and test case selection for context

So, now, it will be possible to dynamically script custom field values with values extracted from / based on email headers.  This will be documented in Set a dynamic custom field value shortly.  Example use cases include tabulating initial recipients of a message that created an issue, whether JEMHC uses them for email user notification purposes or not.
