Deprecation of basic authentication for Google/Microsoft mail retrieval

A reminder: both Google and Microsoft are (or already have) began the process of removing basic authentication capability for their mail services. Sending via SMTP is currently unaffected.

Am I affected?

You are affected by this change if the following applies:

You have any JEMHC message sources connected to Google/Microsoft mail services
You are authenticating the message source connection using basic authentication (username/password)

What do I need to do?
