Major app outage for US region
Unfortunately, due to a major service outage from our cloud platform provider (Amazon Web Services), JEMH Cloud is not available for customers hosted from the US data-residency region.
We are actively monitoring the situation and are working to bring back availability as soon as possible.
Further details are not yet available, Atlassian status page within email are non functional at this time.
Currently mail is being retrieved and issues are being created, but notifications are not operational.
DR
Whilst we hope that the US regional data center problems resolve themselves have started the DR process to an alternate region, we’ll decide if we need to switch-over closer to completion.
