Security changes to app configuration visibility
What is changing?
As part of our ongoing security review, we are making changes to the way in which JEMHC configuration is visible.
Has any data been lost?
No. Your JEMHC configuration data has not been changed or deleted. Currently, the only change is the visibility of this data.
Does this affect email processing?
No. This change only affects what you can see and do through the user interface. Inbound polling and Outbound processing will continue to run against your existing JEMHC configuration.
Do I need to make any changes?
These improvements are applied by default. If your JEMHC configuration is setup as expected, no further changes are needed.
As a Project admin, I used to see data in JEMHC, but some data is no longer visible. How can I see this data again?
You will need to reach out to your JEMHC administrator, providing information of what data you used to be able to view, along with which project(s) you used to access this data.
System admin FAQ
As a System admin, how can I share JEMHC data with Project admins again?
If your project admins are unable to view JEMHC configuration, please review our ‘JEMHC configuration visibility’ help page. This will provide more in depth detail about how to grant/restrict access to project admins.
As a System admin, I still cannot see data that I used to have access to.
If you are still unable to view JEMHC configuration, please ensure you have access to the project.
If the referred project no longer exists, it is not currently possible to detect configuration relating to a deleted project.
Future improvements will allow the System admin JEMHC administrator to detect and resolve configuration errors for JEMHC configuration that has been convifugred for a project that has since been deleted.
