Upgrading JEMHCloud major versions

This page covers how to upgrade the JEMHCloud app for recent major version changes. In this example, the upgrade is migrating from Connect, to Forge. Performing these platform upgrades is safe and seamless, your app installation will continue to work.

 

How to upgrade?

  1. Navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com and find the connected marketplace apps for your site. Find the JEMHCloud entry and select View app details.

  2. Select upgrade to review and accept the app capabilities. (Note: The historic app capabilities remain the same as Connect)

Note: Major version upgrades can take up to 5 minutes to detect changes.

 

  1. After accepting and upgrading, your app should now be on the latest version. However, if there is still an “update available” repeat prior steps to ensure you are on the latest version.
