Custom Field values are cached causing recipients to not receive notifications (JIRA 7.3.0 - 7.3.4 , JEMH 2.1.0 - 2.1.11)

Problem

When a custom field on an issue is modified post issue creation the previous values for the custom field are cached incorrectly. The new custom field values will appear to be correct on the issue screen but this change will not be reflected when JEMH sends notifications.

Solution

Install JEMH 2.1.12 This bug was resolved in this version of JEMH.
