Non-JIRA recipient custom field values have been updated but JEMH is notifying the old values

Problem

Due to a caching bug that occurs when the JEMH Event Listener has been configured to execute jobs in the background, JEMH may not always have up to date values for issue custom fields, as a result of this JEMH may not notify addresses within a custom field if the value is changed post issue creation.

Solution

  1. Disable Event Listener → Process events in the background
