Data Packs

DataPack purchases are final and non-refundable.

Capacity Plan Upgrades

Per-host Capacity Plan upgrades are final and non-refundable, however, credit is given for unused months against a higher tier Capacity Plan upgrade.

Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) Capacity Plan Upgrades

Enterprise (multi-host) Capacity Plan upgrades are non-refundable, however, credit is given for remaining unused months against a higher tier Enterprise Capacity Plan ELA upgrade.
