Summary
These images can be referenced within templates so that they are included within notifications when they are sent. They are stored on our public CDN, so private information shouldn't be stored using this feature.
Create
Images can be uploaded by a file or through a URL link
The Create button allows you to add your own logo which can be implemented to the templates. When pressed you will see a form which will ask:
Name | The name for image |
|---|---|
Project Key | Defines which projects these images can be used with. Allowing for Project specific logos. Leave blank to be applied to all Projects. |
Theme | Defines the theme that can use this image within it’s templates. Leave blank to be applied to all themes. |
File | This is where you select the logo file to be uploaded. |
URL | URL link to where the image can be accessed and downloaded from. |
Delete All
Delete All will remove all uploaded images. This will impact all templates and themes that use these images.
SVG Image Conversion
SVG images aren't supported by all email clients. JEMH Cloud can convert SVG to PNG when sending notifications to ensure that the images are supported.
PNG images are often larger than SVG images and therefore may consume more data from your plan allowance.
This can be disabled by pressing Change.
System Images
These system images are used within the default templates and within the System Macros. These system images cannot be removed. However, they can be overridden by uploading a image with the same name as a system image.
