JEMH 3.2.0 release notes

User anonymization support

This version adds support for user anonymization requests made via Jira’s new Anonymization feature.

In order to keep JEMH operational, JEMH will automatically replace the user being anonymized with the selected user. Areas where user references will be replaced include:

  • Profile configuration

  • Event Listener Notifications

  • AdHoc and Status Notifications

JEMH will not replace Profile catch email addresses referring to an anonymized user.

All user references are now user keys

Upon installation, JEMH will convert any remaining references to usernames in its configuration with user keys. This reduces the amount of personally identifying information JEMH needs to store in the database.
