Navigating to Delegated Group Config
As a system admin you can delegate the management of groups to users, either by direct authorization or by authorizing a group of users. To navigate to this area Confluence administration > Users and Security > Custom Space USer Management > Delegated Group Config or follow the steps below.
Step 1
System admins use Confluence administration > which can accessed by via the cog in the top right of the tool bar

In the Custom Space User Management > configuration use the navigation bar to select Delegated Group Config .
