Typically when emails are forwarded they will contain a Subject Prefix (e.g. Fw:, Fwd:). By default the Prefixes check checked here are guided for English format emails that use Fw and Fwd. Forwarded Email Subject Prefixes can be adapted to include more prefixes so that they can be matched by JEMHCloud.
