JEMH 3.0.0 brought with it improvements to how it interacts with Jira Service Desk projects. These changes have now been implemented in several older series' in order so that more users can benefit.

These improvements were first added in JEMH 3.0.0 for Jira 8, so those users already have this. The changes are now available down to the JEMH 2.4.x series (for Jira 7.6.x).
The below table shows what versions contain the mentioned changes.
