This section allows you view the total messages that have been processed and sent within the last month. This page aggregates the reports from the Inbound Messages and Outbound Messages auditing tables. When those logs are purged or manually removed, this report will be affected.

Search Options
By default there are no search filters applied meaning that the data shown is for all messages that have been sent or processed by JEMHC for all projects and issues. These search options allow you to filter the results so they are specific for your needs.
The current options are:
Audit ID
This allows you to filter the search for a specific audit ID record. (Some System Notifications will show a failed audit report, with a link to the specific audit ID. Alternatively, you can enter the audit ID to view a single record).
Issue Key
This allows you to filter the search to only this Issue.

Sender
Filters the results to only shown emails that have been sent by matching senders.

based on the sender of the email. This value can either be a full Email Address or can also be a wildcard value (using *

Timestamp
Filters the results to only show emails that have been processed between those two dates.

Issue - Groups the messages by Issue that it was processed for.
Project - Groups the messages by the project that the issue was in.
Operation - Groups the messages by the operation they were committing. e.g. Updated and Created.
Sender - Groups the messages by the sender email address. Note: This currently does not work.
Direction - Groups the messages by whether they were inbound or outbound messages.
Type - Groups the messages by the type of message that was sent/received.
Sort By
Defines the parameter that the table should be sorted by. Current options are:

Defines the order that should be used when sorting the table. Can be either in Ascending or Descending order.
