JEMH 3.0.0 brought with it improvements to how it interacts with Jira Service Desk projects. These changes have now been implemented in several older series' in order so that more users can benefit.

These improvements were first added in JEMH 3.0.0 for Jira 8, so those users already have this. The changes .0.x, but are now available down to the JEMH version 2.4.x series 19 (for Jira 7.6.x).

The below table shows in which versions the changes were added. Any version released after these will also have the changes. As a reminder, we recommend using the newest version compatible with your Jira.
