The Bulk user participation change tool allows JIRA administrators to opt-in or opt-out all JIRA users from EMQ notification digests in one go.
Using the tool
Go to EMQ>Mail Configuration>Tools. You should be presented with the tools page:
If you want all users to be opted in so they receive EMQ notification digests, select Opt all users in. Likewise, if you want all users to be opted out so they do not receive EMQ digests, select Opt all users out.
When enabled, the Reduce load during processing setting pauses the tool for 1 second after every 50 users it processes, freeing up system resources. This can be useful for JIRA instances with very large (10000+) numbers of users, due to processing taking longer to complete.
When you are ready to perform the bulk change, click Apply. You will then be shown a progress bar detailing the tasks current progress (more useful for large user numbers).
Once the task is completed, you will be presented with a success message:
