What are Queued Items

Queue Items are a record of items that have been processed for sending and are now waiting to be sent to a Mail Server.  The picture below shows the screen

How  the Screen works

The screen automatically checks and updates every 5 seconds, new records are added and existing records have there details updated.

At the top of the screen are the following controls for viewing the results:

ControlDescription
Latest ResultsGet the latest results and display on the screen up to "Page Size" number of records
Clear Results

Clear all of the current results from the screen.  Only new records and updates for records created after this buttons is pressed will be shown from now on

Page SizeThe number of records to show on the screen at any one time. Defaults to 20
Mail QueueThe Mail Queue that you want records to be displayed for or "All Queues".  Defaults to "All Queues"

Results

The results for the Queued Items are updated every five seconds.  The update will add new records as well as updating the Status and Processed At time of existing records.

colour of each line is dependant on the status of the queued item (white when waiting to be processed, light

grey when sending, dark

grey when processed and red when in error).  In the case of an error a button will be available on the far right to display the error message that occurred.

The Delivery column shows if the item being processed was digested by the Enterprise Mail Queue or delivered immediately.  Items being delivered immediately have a higher priority then digested items and are deliver at the next available opportunity.
