Mapping Rules are used to determine which project the email should create an issue in. For example if the sender is “admin@localhost” then a issue should be created within Project “ABC” and if they do not match this then it should create a issue within “123”A profile can be mapped to multiple projects, using Project Mappings as previously described. If there is more than one project mapped then you can use rules to direct the emails to the correct project. Currently there are four rule types, Script Rule, Group Rule, Domain Rule and Keyword Rule.
