Mapping Rules are used to determine which project the email should create an issue in. For example if the sender is “admin@localhost” then a issue should be created within Project “ABC” and if they do not match this then it should create a issue within “123”. Currently there are four rule types, Script Rule, Group Rule, Domain Rule and Keyword Rule.
