Go to JEMHC
Click on the heading tab called 'Profiles'
In the list, identify the profile that you want to export.
Click on the
symbol to (…) to the right and on the same row as the profile you've identified.
In the resulting drop down, click on the
Export option.
A JSON file containing the exported profile will have been downloaded to your computer.
You can now upload the JSON profile to the support ticket.
