How to export your profile

Here at the Plugin People we'll often have to take a closer look at your configuration in order to diagnose a problem you're experiencing with JEMHC's email processing. This short guide will show you how to export your profile so that it can be uploaded to a support ticket.

Instructions

  1. Go to JEMHC

  2. Click on the heading tab called 'Profiles'

  3. In the list, identify the profile that you want to export.

  4. Click on (…) to the right and on the same row as the profile you've identified.

  5. In the resulting drop down, click on the Export option.

  6. A JSON file containing the exported profile will have been downloaded to your computer.

  7. You can now upload the JSON profile to the support ticket.
