JEMH 3.0.0 brought with it improvements to how it interacts with Jira Service Desk projects.
Customer set up has been simplified
Previously, JEMH required Jira Service Desk customers to have been explicitly granted issue permissions and given the “Service Desk Customer” project role. Now, none of that is necessary.
Which versions have this improvement?
As previously mentioned, these improvements were originally added in JEMH 3.0.0. These changes have now been implemented in several older series' in order to have more consistent behaviour across the board.
