Atlassian appear to have made a change to project roles which means that the atlassian-addons-project-access which the JEMHCloud Add-On user is a member of has been removed from Jira projects. In turn, this has broken the generation of outbound notifications via JEMHC.
Please ensure that your JEMHCloud Add-On user is a member of all issue security levels for the projects where JEMHC is used.
