Summary
This profile enables non-Jira users to create support cases through email. This will use custom fields to gather the users name and email address from the sender address of the email and places these at the top of the description in Example_Project.
Example Test Case
This example test case is a email that is sent by “notauser@farway.com” and when the email is sent it will have the name of the sender and their email address at the top of the description for the support case.

Exported Profile
To import a profile go to Configure JEMH > Profiles > Import Profile > Choose File
and select the profile that you wish to import.
