If the version of your JEMH is below 3.3.18, please upgrade Jira to 8.0+ (if Jira is below 8.0) and JEMH to 3.3.18+ or the latest in that series first:

JIRA 7.X → JIRA 8.X → JIRA 9.X

JEMH 3.3.17 OR LOWER → JEMH 3.3.18 + → JEMH 4.X.X

Failure to follow the above upgrade path may lead to database inconsistencies that prevent the app from functioning, as old upgrade tasks have been removed.
