Can't select a forwardUser during inbound mail service profile selection

Scenario

When initially selecting a Profile for a JEMH mail handler instance, there is no option to set a forward user, whats going on?

Solution

From JEMH 1.0, the entire management of 'forward' emails are managed by JEMH, enabling customized templates, and more consistent handling of errors that result in forward actions.

When a Profile is created, the user that creates it (normally someone sensible) is automatically selected as the Forward User in the "Notifications" section. This user will receive all forward traffic. The move from a static email account to an actual user seems a sensible one, as forwarded mail generally indicates a configuration issue or other problem that should be fixed.
