Atlassian's Support End of Life Information

A reminder that Atlassian support for Jira Core/Software 7.2 and ServiceDesk 3.2 ends on 23 AUG 2018 - https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html.  As long as your JEMH license is current, you can still get our support on these JIRA versions but we won't be actively porting fixes to EOL compatible versions of JEMH.


JEMH (for Server only) Is not licensed through Atlassian Marketplace

Its historic, and with JSD Agent tiers, now a bit more complex.  Its on the list but is not on the short term roadmp.  JEMH remains a vendor licensed addon at this time, all renewals /quotes/ invoices to go through sales@thepluginpeople.com
