Can JEMH Process 'Bulk' Precedence emails?

Scenario

Many emails are set with a header Precedence: bulk, that can be interpreted as not coming from a person, and may be treated differently.

Solution

Navigate to JEMH>Profiles>Configuration>Project Mappings>Configure>Email and select a filter action. JEMH provides the following processing choices:

  • Allow (the header has no effect and the mail will be processed)

  • Ignore (drop)

  • Forward (send to forward user)
