Auditing history retention improvement

What has changed?

Up until now, JEMH Cloud has given you access to inbound and outbound reports for the last month, but only the last 100 of those inbound and outbound messages had their actual message content stored for you to view.

We are pleased to announce that this limit has now been removed. The message content of all inbound (processed) and outbound (notification) messages is now stored for the last month on a rolling basis. This means that in high-traffic Jira sites you can still find the data you need if a problem occurs.

Who does this apply to?

The improvement applies to any users of JEMH Cloud who haven't opted out of email data retention.

How do I opt in or out of message data retention?

Message data is stored securely in the cloud, and this is done solely for your own auditing purposes. However, if you wish to opt out, this can be done via the link shown on the Auditing > Inbound Messages and Auditing > Outbound Messages screens. For example:
