Template Set Responsibility Devolution (JEMH-5403)

The following covers ongoing development to allow Project Administrators to perform configuration and management that is otherwise only possible by a System Administrator

Completed:

Implement Project-centric auditing view SINCE 2:1:9

The JEMH auditing view captures inbound mail success/fail outcomes. This feature would expose a project centric view to allow local Project Administrators to view and manage processing outcomes.

Implement Project-centric Test Case viewSINCE 2:1:9

Test Case support need to be re-implemented as-is, within a Project. Test cases are only accessible by project.

System admin now needs to be able to.

  • filter by creating project.

  • delete some/all test cases as needed

Implement attachment and subject blacklisting at the Project Admin level SINCE 2:2:1

See Blacklistng:

Enable blacklisting of images included through absolute URL SINCE 2:2:5

See Blacklisting, linked above.

Ongoing:

Implement capability for Project Leads to manage Project Mappings

Profiles with Project Mappings could be managed by Project Leads/Admins rather than JIRA Administrators. Exposing all Profiles with Project Mappings for edit would be useful.

  • needs some degree of change auditing

Enable scoping of Template Sets to projects

When creating/updating a template set one or more projects may be selected, the template could then be modified by project administrators.

Initially project scoped templates will implement the feature request to restrict Ad-Hoc templates per project
