Old app listing has begun removal process
The old app listing has begun process of removal. Any users still on the old app should export their existing configuration data for use in the above app listing.

What is changing?
Due to how Atlassian marketplace listings are created, the current CSUMCloud add-on does not link to the existing Custom Space User Management Server/DC listing.

Don’t worry - you can export your global settings configuration from the old addon and import into the new add-on to speed up the configuration step. (See ‘Export your existing data’ below).

Install the new app listing
Please view the Cloud version of our existing app listing at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/133/custom-space-user-management-csum-server-dc?hosting=datacentercloud&tab=overview , and select the ‘Cloud’ version.
Import data into the new app listing

You can now uninstall the old app listing and continue to use the new add-on.
What happens if I don’t use the new add-on?
The existing add-on (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228612/custom-space-user-management-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview ) has begun the removal process. As part of this, features have been limited.
You can still export your configuration, to be used in the new app listing.
Removing old verison
Taking these actions will remove the product from your cloud site and permanently delete all of its data which is IRREVERSIBLE. We ask that you BACK UP YOUR DATA first before we proceed.
Log into your cloud site
Click on the Application Menu icon located in the bottom left of your screen
Select the Gear icon for Site Administration
Select Billing
Select Manage Subscription
Select the product that you wish to unsubscribe from
click the 3 dots beside manage users and select "Delete"
Once unsubscribed, the data created for those licenses will be permanently deleted.
