Non Jira User notification format
This is the format of the emails that will be sent to Non Jira Users. The current options are: Text or HTML.
This Format will also be applied to:
Forward emails
Hint Notifications
User Sign-up
Thread Match Reject notifications
Forward Email TemplateSet
This defines the template that will be used when a email results in a Forward outcome.
Comment Header TemplateSet
Defines the template that will be used to a comment header to the incoming Comment. For more info see: Customise the Comment Header
Hint Notification TemplateSet
The template that is used to send Hint notifications back to the original sender of the email to notify them that the email could not be processed. For more info about Hint notifications see: JEMH Hint Notifications
User Sign-up TemplateSet
This is the template that is used to send user sign-up notifications to the email sender. This is used when the Profile is configured to create new users within Jira. For more info about creating users see: Enable non-Jira account holders User Creation
Thread Match Reject TemplateSet
