Sent Mail History
After EMQ sends notifications, searches can be made using various criteria such as issue, recipient or status. Results are available until the next flush occurs when the results will be replaced. For maximum screen usage, the search window can be popped out, icon is bottom right.
Search Criteria
Search Method
- All Errors - to include message that were not sent through the mailserver successful, this would be 0 in normal circumstances
- Id - The audit ID of the entry, that would be referred through notifications to the 'forward' user if they occurred.
- Issue Key - The related issue key involved, eg ABC-123
- Sent To - recipient address
- Status - allow sub-select based on status:
- Completed with Errors
- Completed Successfully
- Errors during send
- Message not sent, Errors
- Not Before - Date limiting results triggered not before this value
- Not After - Date limiting results triggered not after this value
Latest Results button will reset the data shown to list only the latest results, and keep the list up to date with AJAX polling updates, if Auto Update is enabled.
